QRILLâ„¢ Phospholipid Oil

QRILL™ oil has high levels of phospholipids, which make up the major components of cell membranes in most biological tissues. Phospholipids are important building blocks for growth and development and play a key role in other biological processes.
QRILL™ oil is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, mainly bound to phospholipids. The most important omega-3 fatty acids are DHA and EPA, which are found only in seafood, and QRILL™ oil is an outstanding source of both. Omega-3 fatty acids from krill are present in their natural forms.. Both EPA and DHA are important for the health of many animals and fish.
Astaxanthin protects animal tissues against damaging oxidation and thus reduces disease impact by strengthening the immune system. For farmed salmon, astaxanthin from krill provides natural pigmentation to ensure the flesh is pink.
